In Loving Memory of Theresa McDaniel (Généreux)

Our beloved Theresa passed away on December 7, 2023, surrounded by the love of her family. She is now reunited with her loving husband Joseph, (2017) and her siblings Pauline, Henri, Denise, Jaqueline, Jacques, and Madeleine. Theresa was a remarkable and devoted mother to her children; Lynn (Jeff), Lynda (Hewy), Audrey (Shane), and Shawn (Cheryl). Her legacy extends to her grandchildren Taylor, Luke, Michelle, Gavin, Devon, Leah, Nicole, Micki, Sebastian, and Cloe, as well as her great-grandchild, Leo. She is also survived by her sister Fleurette (Gabby), brother André (Lisette), brother-in-law Henk, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Known for her spontaneous spirit, Theresa's love for her family knew no bounds. She cherished every moment spent with her children and grandchildren, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and affection. One of her simple joys was sipping on an ice-cold coke with a straw. Theresa's vibrant and incredible soul will forever be etched in our hearts, and her memory will live on through the countless lives she touched. Her unwavering love and the joy she brought to those around her will be remembered fondly.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at 10 a.m., followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. The services will be held at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE, located at 827 East Main Street, Welland. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Theresa's honor to Canadian Cancer Society and Heart and Stroke Foundation.

As we gather to celebrate Theresa's life, let us remember the joy she brought into the world and the love that will forever bind us together. May she rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the warmth of the memories she created and the love she shared with us all.
