It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lilian Addario, at the Foyer Richelieu on November 2, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Angelo Addario. Loving mother of Michelle Addario (late Remi Brochu), Lynn (Andre Champagne), Rick Addario (Margaret), Lisa Addario and Christina (Christian Beyrand). Cherished grandmother of Elise, Jason, Brianne, Matthew, Andrew, Samantha, Danielle, Patrick, Elora, Madeline and Liam, dear great-grandmother of Kaiden, Rae and Addario. She will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Alice and her sisters and brother, Yolande, Maurice, and Marguerite.

 Lil loved to travel. She and her late husband Ange saw much of the world and frequently wintered in Florida or Portugal. Her children and grandchildren brought her great joy. She lived in the moment. She loved to take long walks and always stopped to smell the roses. Lil had a beautiful smile which was always on her face. She was loved and will always be fondly remembered.

The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE 827 East Main Street Welland, on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, from 2:00p.m. -4:00p.m. and 6:00p.m. - 8:00p.m. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 11:00a.m. at St. Andrew the Apostle Roman Catholic Church. A private interment ceremony for her family will follow at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Fonds Foyer Richelieu would be greatly appreciated by the family.
