Obituary of Leanne Lynn Doucet
It is with heavy hearts we announce the unexpected death of Leanne Doucet, on September 4, 2023, at the age of 39. She will be forever held in the hearts of her daughters Desseray and Daisy. Beloved daughter of Leon “Junior” and Joanne (née Vincelette) Doucet. Cherished sister of “Rocky” (Mary) and “Chucky” (Robyn) Doucet. Treasured granddaughter of Rejeanne Doucet and Jacqueline Vincelette. Leanne will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, neighbours and extended family. Predeceased by her grandfathers; Leon Doucet and Claud Vincelette, as well as many uncles.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION & RECEPTION CENTRE 827 East Main St., Welland on Friday, September 8, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the Welland Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation to follow. As an expression of sympathy, donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
