PATTERSON, Diane Ruth (nee Eden)
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Diane Ruth Patterson (nee Eden) on Sunday August 27, 2023, at the age of 80 at the Niagara Health System Welland Site. Beloved wife of Gene Patterson. Cherished mother of Kirk (Therese). Diane will be sadly missed by her grandsons, Kyle, and Jordan. Dear sister of Marjorie Davis (late Barry). Predeceased by her son Mark (2018), her parents Basil and Doris Eden and 2 brothers Arthur (Helen) and Ian Eden (Laurette).
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE. Following Diane’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private interment will take place at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Holy Trinity Anglican Church Food Pantry or the Welland Humane Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
