Obituary of Emilda Parisé
It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Marie Imelda Parisé (née Castilloux) on August 31, 2022, at the Welland County General Hospital, at the age of 87. Beloved mother of Lorraine (the late Julien), Carmen and Roger. She will be missed by her 5 grandchildren; Sylvie, Stéphane, Natasha, Jason, Matthew and 6 great-grandchildren; Yannick, Mikaël, Xavier, Shadya, Alysha and Jermaine. Dear sister of Olivine and Edna. Imelda was predeceased by her husband Alvenant Louis, her parents Alice and Joseph, as well as her siblings Aurèle, Omer, Rolande, Irvène, Arsène, Roland, René, Armand and Lionel. Imelda enjoyed playing euchre, cribbage, darts and bingo.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE, 827 East Main Street, Welland on Friday, September 16, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Interment will take place at a later date. If desired, donations to the Ronald McDonald House Charities would be greatly appreciated by the family.
