Obituary of Elizabeth Mannella

After a long and healthy life, Elizabeth passed away peacefully at the Welland County General Hospital, in her ninety-sixth year, on May 31, 2022. Elizabeth is predeceased by her husband Ralph, parents Frank and Elizabeth and all of her siblings. She will be fondly remembered by the surviving members of the Degazio family. Elizabeth will be dearly missed by loving nieces Angie (Tony) and Bruna (Joe), great nephews Alexander (Jody, Anastasia, Jaeden), Nicholas and Stephen. Special thanks to the staff on the sixth floor for their kind and dedicated care.  

Visitation will be held from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m., Monday June 6, 2022, at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE, 827 East Main Street, Welland. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m., Monday June 6, 2022, at St. Andrew the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 4 St. Andrews Ave., Welland. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 50 Woodlawn Rd., Welland. As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations to St. Andrew the Apostle Roman Catholic Church would be greatly appreciated.
