Obituary of Victoria Beckett
Our family has the sad task of announcing the passing of Victoria Beckett on, May 20, 2022, at the St.Catharine’s General Hospital, at the age of 51. Loving wife of Richard Champigny. Treasured stepmom of Erin Champigny. Wonderful grandma of Millie and another baby girl on the way. Cherished sister of Stewart (Leanne) Beckett and cherished aunt of Lily and Holly. She will be missed by her father-in-law Gaston Champigny and Linda, her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; Sue Norman (the late Jerry Norman), Helen Boruque (Al Collins), Guy Nolet (Lise), Roger Nolet and Carol Crice (Gary Crice), as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Ray and Shelly (née Clifford) Beckett and her mother-in-law Hugette (née Vallieres) Nolet-Champigny.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE, 827 East Main Street, Welland on Monday May 30, 2022, from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, in the chapel of the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow in Hillside Cemetery. Donations made in memory of Victoria to the Kidney Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
