Obituary of Celine Noella Foster

It is with great sadness and broken hearts that we announce the death of Celine Foster (née Deschamps) on April 1, 2022, at the age of 69. Beloved wife of the late Glen Foster (2006). Cherished mother of Jason Foster and Amy (Jason) Jung. She will be sadly missed by her 3 grandchildren; Grace, Brendon and Veanna. Dear sister of Fernand (late Nicole), Roland (Berthe), Raymond (Gail), Denis (Amy), Rheal (Diane), Marianne (Donald), late Diane (Andy), Yolande (late Nick) and Gaetane (Andre). Celine will also be missed by her brother-in-law Mark (Robin) Foster, sister-in-law Becky (late Larry) Foster, many nieces, nephews & cousins.  Predeceased by her parents Armand and Gertrude (née Coté), and her stepfather Sydney Clark.

The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE 827 East Main Street, Welland on Saturday, April 16, 2022, from 2 p.m.- 4 p.m. Interment will take place at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Parish Community of St. Kevin, St. Kevin Catholic Elementary School or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
