Obituary of René Rousseau
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of René Rousseau on January 26, 2022, at the age of 62. René will be missed by his partner Laura Napper. Cherished father of Candice (Todd). Dear brother of Roger (Ron), Robert, Raymond (Una), Jackie (Tex) and Diane. Pepé will be missed by Jamira, Addalyn and Maverick. Predeceased by his parents Jack and Roma.
René loved spending time with his grandchildren. He had a very big heart and was willing to always help anyone whenever needed.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME RECEPTION AND CREMATION CENTRE 827 East Main St., Welland, Saturday, January 29, 2022, from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Respecting the restrictions due to COVID-19, guests are required to pre-book attendance, wear a mask, and follow social distancing guidelines. Please click the R.S.V.P. link through our website to schedule your attendance. Guests will be managed by the funeral home staff both indoors and outdoors. In lieu of flowers, donations made to The Hope Centre in Welland would be appreciated by the family.
