Obituary of Edna Boudreau

It is with great sadness we announce the death of Edna Boudreau (née LeBreton) at the Welland Hospital on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at the age of 73. Cherished mother of René Boudreau and late Yves-Louis Boudreau (Barbara). She will be sadly missed by her 4 grandchildren; Kieron Boudreau, Makayla Boudreau, Tyler Hill, Gregory Boudreau (Taylor) and 1 great-grandchild; Eleighanna Boudreau. Dear sister of Roger LeBreton (Margaret), Gilles LeBreton (Lucy), Denis LeBreton, Harold LeBreton (Rachelle), Réjeanne LeBreton (Dominique) and Thérèse LeBreton. Edna will also be missed by her 2 good friends Victoria Vander Schelde-Price and Carmen Baldwin. Predeceased by her parents; Leonard & Marie Ann LeBreton as well as her siblings; Mederic LeBreton (Linda), Yollande LeBreton, Réal LeBreton and Herve LeBreton. 

Edna was a faithful member at the Beacon Baptist Church. Her favourite saying was: “With God all things are possible.”  She worked for many years at No Frills in Niagara Falls.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE. The family will receive relatives and friends for a Funeral Mass at the Beacon Baptist Church, 109 Chaffey Street, Welland on Friday, January 21, 2022, at 10:30 A.M. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. Please click the R.S.V.P. link through our website to schedule your attendance. Those that attend are required to wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines. Lining-up and cycling of guests will be managed by the funeral home staff both indoors and outdoors. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Beacon Baptist Church would be appreciated by the family.
