Obituary of Elsie Alward
It is with heavy hearts the family of Elsie Alward (née Felton) announce her death on August 9, 2021, at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late Elgon (1997). Cherished mother of; Susan (John) Lang, Ina (Paul) Grimstead, Charles (Betty), Dan (Sherry), David, Norm (Kathy) and Sarah (Kevin) Beauchamps. Treasured grandma of 15, great-grandma of 12 and great-great grandma of 6. Predeceased by her parents, son George, granddaughter Leanna and great-grandson Aiden.
Elsie worked with Coach Canada as a bus driver for many years. She was a hard working, loving and caring person.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to WELLAND FUNERAL HOME. A private service has taken place. In lieu of flowers donations to Diabetes Canada and the Kidney Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
