Obituary of Ginette Marie Alma Nicole Lamontagne

The family of Ginette Lamontagne (née Roy) sadly announces her death on July 20, 2021 at the age of 75. Loving wife of Ronald for over 55 years. Cherished mother of Larry (Tracy), Annette (Jackie) and Jamie (Tammy). Beloved grandmother of Tylor, Hunter, Madison, Jesse and Bryce. Treasured sister of Denise (Phil) Tuin and sister-in-law of Maureen Roy. Predeceased by her parents Laurent & Irene Roy, brother André and sister Pat.

Ginette was an avid golfer and could be found at the Whiskey-Run golf course often. She spent many years volunteering with the Welland Little NHL giving back to her community.

The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME 827 East Main Street, Welland on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. Those that attend are required to wear a mask and follow social distancing guidelines. Lining-up and cycling of guests will be managed by the funeral home staff both indoors and outdoors. A private service will follow. In memory of Ginette, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
