Obituary DOUCETTE - Michel "Mike" 1955-2019 It is with sadness we announce the passing of Mike Doucette on August 9, 2019. Devoted husband of the late Crystal (nee Doan). Father of Patrick (Michelle) and Arron. Brother of Connie (George) and Gibby (La George). He will be missed by his 2 grandchildren; Joseline and Baylee and many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Predeceased by his parents Edward and Ella (nee Parent), his brother Dave (Colleen), great nephew Ty and his dogs Sadie and Asia. Mike was a TRUE Montreal Canadians fan and enjoyed fishing with his buddy "Jody Boy". In accordance with Mike's wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion (which he was a proud member), 383 Morningstar Ave., Welland on Thursday, August 29, 2019 from 1:30 p.m until 5 p.m. A private burial at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Welland District Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
