DOSTIE-Réal With saddened hearts, the family of Réal Dostie announce his passing at the Foyer Richelieu Welland on Sunday, March 13th, 2016 at the age of 74. Loving husband of Solange. Cherished father of Daniel , Brigitte (Alain). Dear brother of Fernande (John), Lisette, Claire Hélène (Denis), France (Gilles), Gaëtan (Aline), Victor, Coco (Marielle), Marquis and Gérald (Marie Louise). He will be sadly missed by his grandchild LeeAnne and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Wilfred and Aurore Dostie, 1 brother Réjean and 2 sisters Louise and Claudette. C'est avec beaucoup de chagrin que notre famille annonce le décès de Réal Dostie à l'âge de 74 ans au Foyer Richelieu Welland le 13 mars, 2016. Il était l'époux de Solange. Il laisse dans le deuil ses enfants: Daniel et Brigitte (Alain). Réal tenait très proche de son coeur son petite-enfant LeeAnne. Il manquera ses frères et soeurs Fernande (John), Lisette, Claire Hélène (Denis), France (Gilles), Gaëtan (Aline), Victor, Coco (Marielle), Marquis et Gérald (Marie Louise). Il fut prédécédé par ses parents Wilfred et Aurore Dostie et son frère Réjean et ses deux soeurs Louise et Claudette. Funeral Details The family will receive relatives and friends at the Welland Funeral Home 827 East Main Street, Welland, Thursday, March 17th, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, March 18th, 2016 at 11 a.m. A private family burial will take place at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations by cheque to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Fonds Foyer Richelieu will be appreciated by the family. La famille reçevra parents et amis au SALON FUNÉRAIRE WELLAND 827 rue Main Est, Welland, le jeudi mars 17, 2016 de 14 h à 16 h et aussi de 19 h à 21 h Les funérailles auront lieu le vendredi 18 mars, 2016 à 11h en chapelle du salon funéraire. Les services termineront dans la chapelle. En témoignage de sympathies, des dons au Fonds Foyer Richelieu ou la fondation des maladies du coeur seront grandement appréciés par la famille.
