Obituary of William McPherson

It is with heavy hearts that the family of William (Bill) McPherson announce his passing after a long illness. Bill will be sadly missed by his mother Norma Tirone (Hank) and his son William. Forever remembered by his brothers and sisters Brenda (John), Debby (Bob), Mark (Delee). Lovingly remembered by his half brothers and sisters Shirley, Rodney, Tracey, Tammy, Patrick, Denise and Bobbie-Jo. Fondly remembered by his aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews. His niece Joanne Holoday (JoJo) who was by his side for many years and whom he held very dear to his heart. Remembered by his many cousins, friends and neighbours who always visited and helped him, dear friend of Patty M. Taylor. Predeceased by his infant daughter, his father Herbert and brothers Joe and Brian. Bill worked in construction for many years. He had a love for hunting and fishing. He will leave many great memories behind, his joking personality and free spirit will always be with us. Special thank you to the nurses in Welland on the Fourth Floor for the care they provided. Respecting his wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. WELLAND FUNERAL HOME 827 East Main Street, Welland were entrusted with funeral arrangements.
