Obituary of Louis Marie Dubé

It is with extreme sadness that the family announces the passing of Louis Marie Dubé at his residence on Monday, January 16th, 2017 at the age of 85. Loving husband of wife Carmelle (Péllerin) on their 60th anniversary year. Amazing father of Denis, Jacinthe (Tom Leathers), Ginette (Douglas Anger), Annette (Warren Van Natter). Deeply missed by 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 3 future great grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Donat and Alma (Paradis) Dubé, his adopted son Dylan and his brothers Romuald, Henri and Léonce. Louis Marie was a member of les Chevaliers de Colomb. A special thank you to the St.Elizabeth Health Care Foundation and ParaMed Health Services nurses and staff for their amazing support and home care. The family will receive family and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME 827 East Main St., Welland, Wednesday, January 18th, 2017 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, January 19th, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Paroisse Sacré Coeur. Interment will follow in Doan's Ridge Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Saint Elizabeth Health Care & Foundation. Père bien aimé de Denis, Jacinthe (Tom Leathers), Ginette (Douglas Anger) et Annette (Warren Van Natter). Il sera toujours dans les coeurs de ses 9 petits enfants, 5 arrière petits enfants et 3 future arrière petits enfants. Prédécédé par ses parents Donat et Alma (Paradis) Dubé, son fils adopté Dylan et ses frères Romuald, Henry et Paul. Louis était membre des Chevaliers de Colomb. La famille tient à remercier les infirmières de St. Elizabeth Health Care Foundation et ParaMed pour leurs soins dignifié. La famille reçevra parents et amis au salon Funéraire Welland 827 rue Main Est, Welland le mercredi 18 janvier, 2017 de 14h à 16h et 19h à 21h. Les funérailles auront lieu le jeudi 19 janvier, 2017 à 10h. Enterrement suivra au cimetière Doan's Ridge.
