Obituary TURPIN - Raymond 1933 - 2019 Peacefully on November 28th, 2019 at the Woolcott Wing, Raymond Turpin passed away at the age of 86. Beloved husband of the late Marie (nee Legault). Loving father of Denis Turpin (Mark Fisher) and Lise Danch (Peter). Dear brother of Marcel Turpin (Nancy) and Edna Joanis. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren; Amanda, Brad, Renée (Austin), Dylan (Kate) and Kyle (Missy), great grandchildren; Lukas, Jesse, Aubree and his daughter-in-law Danielle. Predeceased by his parents Alcide and Elmire, his sons Michel and Louis, his brothers; Laurier, Fernand (Estelle), and sisters Marthe (Lucien), Desgagnés, Rachel Konecki (Jesse) and Pauline Massie (Gérard), and his companion Lucille Gauthier. Special thanks to the staff of the Woolcott Wing for making his journey peaceful and dignified. The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME 827 East Main Street, Welland, Sunday, December 1, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday, December 2, 2019 at 9 a.m. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery.
