Helen & Family: Our family was deeply saddened to hear of Spiros passing. I remembered him fondly since I was a customer at the West Main restaurant and also East Main Restaurant, and more recently seeing him with family members at Fireside Restaurant. A dedicated family man is the way we remember him, not to mention a great cook who made the best French fries with meatsauce and his menu always consisted of home-made....He took pride in his family and his business. And I remember when the policemen walked the beat and came into the restaurant via the kitchen.... Rest in heavenly peace......to the family: his memories will never fade.....
