Obituary CUTLER - Fredrick It is with sorrow we announce the passing of Fredrick Cutler at the Welland Hospital on April 6th, 2018 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of the late Beulah (née Spence). Loving father of Allan Jr. (Sue), Tim (Lorraine), Kevin (Karen), Randy (Melissa), Cindy (Kevin), Diane (Ross) and Monica (Carl). Dear brother of Donna (John). He will be sadly missed by his 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Emerson and Leta (née Murphy), brothers Roy, Don, Jack, Ross and Frank as well as sisters Ruth, Irene and Anne. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to WELLAND FUNERAL HOME. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Niagara Orchard Community Church 5720 Dorchester Rd, Niagara Falls on April 17, 2018 for the funeral service at 11am.
