Obituary of Bernadette Goulet

Obituary At the Foyer Richelieu Welland on May 19th, 2018, Bernadette Goulet (nee Doucet) passed away peacefully at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Fernand Goulet (1961). Loving mother of Jean-Claude (Roberta), Patrick (Cindy) , Lise (the late Joseph Bertoni). She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren; Lianne (Phill), Jeff (Danielle), Jonathan (Michelle), Melissa (Kevin) and Bradley and 8 great grand-children. Dear sister of Léon (the late Jacqueline). Predeceased by her parents Arthur and Maria Doucet, 3 brothers Georges, Arthur Jr., Raymond and 2 sisters Jeannette and Georgette. Bernadette was born in Lyster, Quebec and moved to Welland where she worked at Wabasso Cotton Mill for 5 years and Kmart for 14 years. She enjoyed playing cards and going to bingo but her passion was music and dancing. In accordance with Bernadette's wishes, cremation has taken place. The family invite relatives and friends to the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME 827 East Main St., Welland on Friday, May 25th, 2018 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Service will follow in the funeral home. Interment will take place immediately after the service in Holy Cross Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Fonds Foyer Richelieu will be appreciated by the family.
