With shattered hearts we announce the passing of Ginny, who left us suddenly at the age of 53, surrounded by her loving family.She was the beloved wife and partner to Kriss Luchka. Ginny was the devoted mother to Ella Fraser and cherished grandmother to the light of her life Jaylen. Loving daughter to Bruna and Neil Buonocore and best friend and sister to Andrea (Tony) Mete. She also held a special place in the lives of her adoring niece and nephews Matteo, Mila and Antonio, who brought her endless joy.
Ginny's smile, humour, and unwavering love for her family and friends will be dearly missed but never forgotten. She was the heart of every gathering and a source of strength and inspiration to all who knew her.
In keeping with Virginia’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Her family will welcome visitors for a time of gathering at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE, 827 East Main Street, Welland, on Sunday, November 24, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. until the chapel service at 3:00 p.m. Memorial donations can be made to Ronald McDonald House Charities South Central Ontario.
Her love and legacy will live on in the hearts of all who loved her. Rest in peace, dear Ginny.
