Roch (Rock) Gravel

February 5, 1961 - July 23, 2024

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Roch (Rock) Gravel on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at the Greater Niagara General Hospital at the age of 63.

Rock will be deeply missed by his siblings Serge Gravel, Roxanne Kelly, Lucie Deschamps (Marcel), Denis Dallaire (Suzi), Jean Dallaire (Mary Ann), as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Roland Gravel and Reina (née Turcotte). 

Rock grew up in Welland, attending local schools and cherished his many friendships he has made over many decades here. 

He had a fervent passion for the Montreal Canadiens and was a familiar presence at Bugsy’s in St Catharines.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Welland Funeral Home, Cremation and Reception Centre, 827 East Main St., Welland, ON. Cremation has taken place, and a private family service will be held at a later date. 

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be deeply appreciated by the family.
