Obituary of Conrad Viateur Leblanc
Conrad Leblanc, affectionately known as "Connie La Puck", passed away peacefully on April 30, 2024, at the age of 92. He was the devoted husband of the late Francoise Leblanc (née Lauzon) for over six decades and the beloved father of André (Laurie-Ann) Leblanc, Roger Leblanc, and Francine (Leo) Toulouse. He cherished his role as papère to Christopher, leaving behind a legacy of love and warmth.
Born into a large family of 15 siblings, Conrad's voice echoed in the arenas, urging players to "Shoot the Puck!". He found joy in the camaraderie of 5-pin bowling, the thrill of horse racing, and the excitement of the casino. After three decades of dedicated service, Conrad retired from Dana Canada.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate caregivers at the Foyer Richelieu for their exceptional care of Conrad. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE, located at 827 East Main St, Welland, ON. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Fonds Foyer Richelieu would be deeply appreciated by the family.
