Mes plus sincères condoléances à la famille. Larry était un individu sympathique et dévoué à sa paroisse. J’ai eu le privilège de travailler avec lui dans divers projet à travers les années donc le dernier fut le réaménagement du stationnement de l’église. Je me souviendrai toujours de nos merveilleuse discutions et de partagent ensemble. Que de beaux souvenirs! Le temps est venu pour un repos bien mérité. Adieu mon cher ami.
My sincere condolences to the Garand family. Larry was such a wonderful friend to my parents, Claude Cregheur and GInette Langlois. They spoke often of their get togethers with the Garands' and even though they moved away from Welland in the 90's my parents would try to see the Garands' as much as their health and geographic distance would allow. I know that Larry is at peace and I hope that his reunion with my parents will be as joyous as I imagine it will be.
