Obituary of Hermance Charrois
C’est avec une profonde tristesse que nous annonçons le décès d’Hermance Charrois, entouré de ses proches le 2 novembre 2025, à l’âge de 84 ans.
Hermance sera toujours dans le coeur de ses enfants : feu France (Pierre Chouinard), Francis (Tammy), Michel (Lise), Nelson (Chantal) et Julie (Harold Boudreault). Elle laisse également dans le deuil son frère Normand (Yolande) et ses soeurs bien-aimées : Gertrude (feu Jules) (Richard), Lucille (Hervé), Jeanne (Gaétan), Carmen (Yvan) et Lucie (Alain). Précédée dans la mort par ses parents, Louis-Parfait Thériault et Cécile Dumas, ainsi que par ses frères : Alyre (Jocelyne), Aurèle (Réjeanne) et Gaston (Madeleine).
Grand-mère fière et dévouée, Hermance manquera profondément à ses petits-enfants adorés : Jessy, Bruno, Marie-Pier, Megan, Erin, Nathalie, Kevin, Kyle, Gabrielle, Nicholas, Mathew et Jennie, qui ont tous été une immense source de joie et de fierté pour elle. Son souvenir perdure à travers ses six arrière-petits-enfants, et trois autres à venir.
Elle laisse derrière elle un héritage d'amour, de compassion et de résilience qui continuera d'inspirer tous ceux qui l'ont connue. Bien qu'elle nous manque énormément, son esprit restera vivant dans le coeur de sa famille et de ses amis.
Les arrangements funéraires ont été confiés à la Maison Funéraire Welland, Centre de Crémation et de Réception. Conformément aux volontés d'Hermance, la crémation a eu lieu. La famille vous invite à faire un don à la Société Canadienne du Cancer en mémoire d'Hermance.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Hermance Charrois, who passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on November 2, 2025, at the age of 84.
Hermance will be lovingly remembered by her devoted children: the late France (Pierre Chouinard), Francis (Tammy),Michel (Lise), Nelson (Chantal) and Julie (Harold Boudreault). Hermance is also survived by her dear brother Normand (Yolande) and her caring sisters Gertrude (late husband Jules) (Richard), Lucille (Hervé), Jeanne (Gaétan), Carmen(Yvan), and Lucie (Alain). She was predeceased by her loving parents Louis-Parfait Thériault and Cécile Dumas, her siblings Alyre (Jocelyne), Aurèle (Réjeanne), & Gaston (Madeleine).
A proud and devoted grandmother, Hermance will be deeply missed by her treasured grandchildren Jessy, Bruno, Marie-Pier, Megan, Erin, Nathalie, Kevin, Kyle, Gabrielle, Nicholas, Mathew, and Jennie, all of whom brought immense joy and pride to her life. Her legacy continues through her six great-grandchildren, with three more on the way.
She leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and resilience that will continue to inspire all who knew her. Though she will be dearly missed, her spirit will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Welland Funeral Home, Cremation and Reception Centre. In keeping with Hermance’s wishes, cremation has taken place. The family kindly requests that donations in Hermance’s memory be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
