Obituary of Hervé Godbout
Hervé passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, in his 94th year. Loving father to his 6 children: the late Carole Beauchamp, Paulette Godbout (Réal), Pierre Godbout (Cindy), Louise Godbout, Joseanne Godbout (Troy), and Sylvie Godbout. Beloved Pépère to his 8 grandchildren: Michelle (Ross), Justin (Nancy), Melissa (Andrew), Keith (Melissa), Ashley a.k.a. “the girl” (Mike), Michael (Lara), Phillip (Jaime), and Emily, as well as his 11 great-grandchildren. Hervé will be dearly missed by his cherished partner of over 40 years, Jane.
The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to all the wonderful staff at Royal Rose Place for their care and dedication.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE, 827 East Main St., Welland, ON. Honouring Hervé’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and he will be laid to rest in East Angus, QC.
